Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every EyeNova device with our 14-Day Results Guarantee. Your satisfaction is our priority.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your results. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your EyeNova device, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The device must be in working condition (we understand it has been used — that's the point of trying it!)
  • You must provide your order number and a brief reason for the return

To start a return, email us at support@eyenova.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders past the 14-day return window

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your EyeNova arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eyenova.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short description of the issue

We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
